The Signature Bistro Burger Reviews...

- WOW! I just finished the Bistro Burger and I swear it's the best hamburger I have ever had. The blend of meats and seasonings fit together perfectly. I have had other fabulous meals there too and have used their takeout service. Keep it up Becky & Steve. You have a winner!

- I have eaten here twice and being from Portland I had high standards, but unlike any other salem eatery I have been to this place is first of all comfortable, service was well just that .... service. I have not encountered a hamburger of this caliber for this price anywhere in portland. Don't change a thing, my hats off to you.
